RETURN & REPLACE POLICY

RETURNS & REPLACE
We do not refund but we accept replacement of items. You may only return the items for replacement if the items are faulty. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Proof will need to be provided.


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@hobbygarage.com.au. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
